Referal

I have the home internet and was told I can do the referral program but once the email was sent and I tried to log into to do it guess what if you only have the internet you can't do the referral program.  That is not right at all.   Everyone needs to know this ……...When I called I have one person saying yes and then next person saying NO!   Won't refer anyone else now.   :(
