Sam's $14.99 Membership

I saved the offer on my app. Hit "redeem" and went to a site to sign up. then I dropped my phone and lost it. I tried to get back to the app, hit redeem again, but this time it took me to "Member Deals" but for Theme parks.  Sam's was no longer an option.  Can I get that back, did I lose it, in Tuesday app it says I redeemed it already.!?  UGH!!!

    The promotion is over, and the webpage at Member Deals was taken down.
