Complaint about Kiosk at Sam's Club.
How do I make a complaint of the T-Mobile Kiosk at Sam's Club ? It has no network while I was at the store to make an order. The T-Mobile rep was not able to make the order. The promotion expired that night and prices increased in the phones next day and I lost the opportunity to take advantage of the promotions due to issue with their network.
Does T-Mobile look at this forum ? or is it just rants by the customers ?
