Sim card being used by another device
I recently added esim from physical sim card. After about 2 weeks, esim has been disappeared from "sim card manager" in my phone and when I try to add it back, it says the sim has been used by anothe...
If that doesn't work you may need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
Have you tried checking to see if the esim is in the other device with the physical sim? And is so can you delete it.
