Sprint -t-mobile SIM question
I have 3 lines on "Sprint". I'm getting emails/texts to convert to a t-mobile SIM. When I try to learn more I get a message for 1 line that says " Sorry this line is not yet eligible. Please contact us or visit a store to learn how to become eligible." I've had this particular line for 3 years and bought the phone outright from Apple back then. The phone is unlocked per my settings and the IMEI check says it is eligible for the t-mobile network. My other two lines (one newer phone and one older phone) are eligible for the t-mobile SIMs. What would cause this to happen?
theyre going to bump you over to the R115 sim card..if you are from the Sprint side this means you will be able to use both Sprint towers as well as TMO towers. you will need to either call in, use their chat feature in here or contact them through either Facebook or Twitter to figure out the IMEI issue though.

I have had the same positive experience with swapping the Sprint sim for the Tmobile sim. After lots of service problems and having no luck with Sprint customer service, I went to a Tmobile store. The manager swapped the sim and life is better!

on my end its improved for the most part..i can tell you that my area didnt have Sprints 5G however now i pull in TMOs 5G with the R115. Sprints side is a bit lucky since the TMO side doesnt get to use both Sprint and TMOs network where we from the Sprint side can.

Thanks!! I've called and they said it was a mistake on the web site. I've got 3 SIM card sets on the way and will try them one at a time to see how well the network works at my location before moving to the next phone. Thanks again!!
