T-Mobile Experience Forum disappeared
So I’ve been a part of the T-Mobile Experience forum since February and all has worked great
but as of May when I click the links sent to me in email to participate in the surveys or the discussions it directs me directly back to my account log in - not the forum site anymore
I’ve tried everything I can think of to get back in and I cant
clearly im in the program still - im receiving emails to participate sometimes daily
but I cant get in to do so
any help appreciated
It is a good sign that you are getting new emails to participate. When links randomly redirect to somewhere unexpected, it can be pretty frustrating especially if you are relying on the link to get to where you need to go. When I run into that issue for any website, it is a strong indicator that I need to clear cache and history on my web browser. I would recommend you try that first and foremost. You can then try copying the link from the email and pasting it into a different browser than you normally use.

That is the home internet website - I dont have t-mobile for home internet - just cell phone service

THAT WORKED!!!
I used an “incognito” window on my mac and was able to copy link and open just like it used to
