T-Mobile Hold music is Horrible
Everytime I call of course there will be periods of time where I am put on hold. The music played is the most awful imaginable. Makes me want to hang up.

That's the intention. Less people to support.

It does suck. Yeah, that's the intention, make the customer hang up. If you hang in there, then it's, yes Mr. Scott, to everything you say and little is accomplished. I just had that experience this morning with my health insurance company, and little was accomplished. I'm pretty sure I was connected to the Philippians and I don't think the lady really could understand me, I sure had a hard time understanding her, I got a lot of yes Mr. Scott, but no resolution of my issue. We are truly on our own.

The hold music is the worst I've ever experienced. It's enough to make someone go postal. The content and the volume needs to be changed. However, maybe it's a precursor for the outsourced customer service you're about to receive. Every call turns into an hour of apologies and wordy script.
I just want a solution to my problem in the least amount of words and the least amount of time. Is that too much to ask for?

I corrected them on this today It's either Edward or if you want to use the Mr. then follow it with my last name. I'm not a horse! 馃槀
