T-mobile overbills me every month
When I started with T-mobile some months ago, my plan included free airpods. I was supposed to get some sort of debit card to use to pay these off every month. I never received this debit card. Consequently a charge has been added to every bill I receive from T-Mobile and for months I have had to call customer service to explain this. I don't owe any money for the AirPods. Inevitably I find someone who understands and adjusts my bill but I literally spend hours on the phone even month trying to get this permanently fixed. No luck! Any suggestions?

contact FCC maybe you are victim of fraud. I'm not sure but my bill is very high and not sure why. I never heard of TMobile giving a debit card you would need a credit card i would think to pay if you do not have the money.

I would definstely try to call T-Mobile first thing and see what you can do rather than contacting others but I'm not an expert but good luck.
