Terrible customer service

why does tmobile NOT answer their phone?  I was on hold for over an hour...then finally gave up and hung up.  I tried texting but it is very difficult to give details in a text without it taking too long.  I have been dealing with the same issue for MONTHS and everyone says the are going to be the one that can resolve the issue but, of course, nothing ever gets done.

    I have been with t mobil for over 20 years---I called a few weeks ago and paid off my phones---when I ask to get my sim released--3 different keep coming up with different numbers--they finally settled on an additional 250 for the phones.  When I looked it up on line it seems it standard procedure.  Please stay away from this horrible company.
