Text is blocked and T-Mobile is saying I was spamming

I have been blocked as of yesterday from sending text messages.  I can receive.  I was told that i sent too many "Links" in my text messages about the same topic.  The block is supposed to be lifted at 6:38 tomorrow morning.  No warning, thinking i was texting people and they weren't getting my texts. After 2 + hours on the phone with customer service, I was told there isn't anything they can do until the block is lifted.  I asked how to avoid this problem in the future, i was told to email links.  I've been a customer for over 20 years. I'm furious. That's it we get no assistance no other reason for this to have happened.
