Dishonest don’t believe any promises

I was promised my bill would be $120 a month. I was promised free phones with my trade in. I saw I was being charged $2000 for my phones so I talked to customer service and they said not to worry it would be fixed but it wasn't. I called again and was told sorry I would have to pay for them I only got a discount, so I said I want to cancel my membership and return phones but it was passed the trial time so I'd have to pay for phones anyway. I am paying $2000 for phones and my payments are almost $200/month.
