Have the exact same issue - mine started in Dec 22 and I was restricted for 10 days - no idea why. Then in January I started having the same issue - none of my text msgs were getting thru. Tech support was of NO help. They think I'm suppose to put up with their stupid developers (probably from **ndia), So I thought the problem (at first) was my phone (A71) so I bought a NEW phone and transferred my stuff over. The text messages were getting thru to my friends for 1 WHOLE day - then bam, no test messages again. Now I'm at the point of going to another carrier. I've been with tmobile for 15 yrs - obviously loyalty doesn't matter. Their text message to me was it could take 3 days OR longer to get a resolution if any at all. Don't know about you guys, but their is just not acceptable.
