Text spam?

I just received text fro (541)872-1724 saying Ticket #9557887 Thank you for choosing -Mobile as your mobile Provider! Youve*won the annual surprise *raffle ticket*...L9.coin317.com stop=stop

 

I typed the above just how was on my phone. I think this is a scam. Has anyone else received a text like this?

    My guess is yes since it’s probably not a Tmobile number.

    Glad I didn't fall for it! It had a survey then you put in your info (I didn't do that) and pay $5.00 shipping.

    I got the same message but from 541-712-1763.   I reported it as spam
