transferring from T-Mobile
How do I get the transfer pin!?
If you are the Primary Account Holder, you should know the PIN. If you are the PAH and have forgotten the PIN. You will need to contact Customer Care or visit your local T-Mobile store and have your identity verified so the PIN can be changed. If you are not the PAH, you will need to get the PIN from the Primary Account Holder to be able to port the number out.
