Unable to remove add-on from online order
Hi, I have been trying to add a new line to my account by purchasing a new phone online. I am on an old Simple Choice plan. The issue is there is an add-on which says SC Data 6GB & SMHS for $15/mo th...
i have the same problem. all my other lines have lots of add-on options. When i got the new line it never showed this SC Data 6GB & SMHS in the order. Now when i look at my new line on website, i saw this data option that i never was told about nor did i want. when i did my order I did thru the help options and used the automated help.
