What are this
I have two charges on my phone bill and it says that it is for "equipment" does anyone know what this is?
is one for the monthly lease fee and the other maybe a credit? if you can post a screen shot of what you are seeing that would help. if you do this make sure to edit out all personal info..account info...address...phone number...your full name..etc...any of that needs to be edited out.
other than that only option would be to contact TMO either by calling in (tier 1 support) or via Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support). or the chat feature when its available.
