What in the world is going on with TMObile supoort I waited 2 hours they called back and then put me on hold again . WHAT IS GOING ON PEOPLE?

They're overloaded with phone calls of people upset with the price hike on grandfathered plans would be my guess.

Better than what happened to me. Was on the phone with them for an hour, they got upset and hung up on me! T-Mobile is deteriorating by the second…customer service is awful!
Customer service is busy, people are calling in because of the price increase on some of the older plans…..
