2FA in the real world

My wife and I share a T-Mobile account and both need to be able to access our stuff at T-Mobile. Right now my phone has the T-Mobile id in the Google Authenticator. How is my wife to access the account if I am not available?

    Give her full permission in the line settings. She will have access to the bills, usage and can upgrade her phone without permission from the PAH.

    That works if she walks into a t-mobile store, but not if she wants to access the web site using the credentials we share.
