What is a "payment support fee"??
I have been charged $10 (one time as it described). What da hell is it?
this infuriates me... I knew it was too good to be true! I switched from xfinity and I DID think that tmobile is 20989% better,. mqybe thays not sayin alot anyways...
they should have to tell you about the charge. "fyi, this phone call is going to cost you $10 for me helping you with our Services, even though you already pay for our services & seems like the help should come with it". or when you sign up!
