I have contacted T mobile 5 times regarding the trade in if my daughters phones. They say they don't have them. I provide the shipping label confirmation numbers and they say oh yes we have received...
Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
