Why is their no support ticket on T-Mobile?
Why does T-Mobile not offer a support ticket like all the other companies do? Nor do they have an email for support questions? Do they expect the average user to do their job for them, by answering ...
Last time I checked, they do have a ticket system but you have to ask for the number. No e-mail or chat. For some strange reason they use Facebook and Twitter.
