being disconnected treated unfairly

Not satisfied how the complaints was ran nobody called or asked nothing by 2 employees. So if I would of let my disability of anxiety to get the best of me what would yall done differently if I acted like I was still in prison.. what about my pain my suffering. Then to top it off find out yall lied told me 24 for tablet with everything  now come to find out I'm paying extra 10.  I'm sorry but 23 yrs and this is the respect I get how do you expect me to do business with someone who can't  even reach out to its loyal customers if 33yrs.  Then since I can't return them and false advertising I guess those will be my going away gifts for 23yrs if service to be slapped in the face. Make me feel like a punkight go back to store
