constant disconnect

We just got home.internet equipment yesterday, and got it hooked up. Everything was just fine, but since yesterday evening, and today as well, my phone is constantly getting disconnected. My children's tablets and my son's phone so not seem to have that problem. I don't understand what's going on. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

  • We had the same problem when we first starting using T-Mobile internet. However, this has improved with use for us. Hopefully, yours will too. I haven't had a disconnect in days now. When I first log in to my laptop in the mornings, it does take a few minutes to connect each day. I am really happy with T-Mobile internet, we live in the country and had satellite internet, this is so fast in comparison, lower bill too!
