Can't get short SMS codes
I am trying to get a verification code but the short SMS codes don't seem to get to me. I was told that T-Mobile might be blocking them. How can I fix this??
If you are a prepaid user. A lot of banks and services will not send Shirt ode verifications to prepaid devices because there is no way to verify who the owner of that line is. For postpaid or prepaid, you can reach out to Customer Care at 611 or by DM on Facebook or Twitter to have someone from T-Mobile ensure that Shortcodes are enabled on your services.
