Carrier Hub & MCM client incompatible.
I started having problems with my new phone 1/16/21 after an update my phone started processing request for MCM client for everything I did from making a call to sending a text and I noticed that I would loose Tmobile network and would not be able to connect to wifi until a restart Then the issues would start back with loosing calls and text's would not send. I uninstalled Carrier Hub and disabled automatic update for it then removed all permissions for MCM client and just like magic my phone is like new again with 0 problems.

MCM Client, Carrier Hub, and Mobile Installer are all connected. They are force installed by the manufacturer. MCM Client is a backdoor app that is used to access your device, just as an IT person would do, except neither T-Mobile nor Samsung's IT use it. I have Galaxy devices that have been hacked for no less than 5 years years through MCM Client. Once I realized that all of the weird behavior and restricted movement on my devices and computer, just like that described above in other comments, were because someone was on the backend of my devices, and I saw a pop-up from MCM Client that said it was being used to access my device, I immediately called T-Mobile Customer Support. They were not familiar and did a 3-way call with Samsung. After a frustrating amount of time discussing with Samsung, I insisted that they remove it from my devices. They told us that it is part of the contract for their devices and I won't be allowed to remove it, that "nobody made (me) buy (my) phone", and that I agreed to it when I bought my phone. They further stated that it is in contracts with all carriers, and the carriers are also not allowed to remove it. Samsung has not been able to tell me why it is on my devices or who is using it to access them. I have had files deleted, camera turned on, mic turned on, permissions changed, new apps installed without my knowledge, apps accessed, and a phone shutdown permanently without warning with no ability to ever turn back on, etc.
I've sent the recording of that 3-way conversation to numerous elected officials and expressed the grave concern with a violation of privacy, theft of files and personal information, and the forced compliance with the bloatware and spyware by Samsung. My research has turned up articles that state it is also force installed on Microsoft products, which I have seen evidence of on my computer. My Dell desktop was repeatedly accessed during 2019-2021 and dozens of files on political topics, research, and downloaded public PDF's from the WH website on January 19, 2021 were permanently removed from my computer with no trace. Scary stuff. T-Mobile seemingly has no control over those apps. - TEJAX123Network Novice
Why has this not been resolved? Loyal T-Mobile customer for 16 years but this is totally freezing my screen and is unacceptable.

the site here is primarily peer to peer..so the only responses you’ll see are pretty much other customers.

Interesting timeline for this comment. Even more interesting is the lack of a response to the second comme term question.
