charging port damaged
The charging port on my j3 will not accept the charging plug and will not charge. It looks like the port is damaged and pushed into the phone.
if you have insurance on it this would be one of the times to use it..if you dont then you might opt to check out a repair store or even one of the ones in a mall at a kiosk and see how much it’ll cost to fix..USB ports are considered a wear part so not usually something that would be covered under warranty.
