These notifications would drive me nuts, too. It definitely sounds like a feature that was built into the latest update for the V20 which I can pass along feedback on. So far we haven't identified a work around for these notifications. If that changes, I'll be sure to update you.
My phone was auto updated last night to Android 9 and now this notification is none stop all day and all night. I didn't get much sleep last night because I had to check and see if it was some important MSG or something. We have a bunch of idiots working at T-Mobile. They known about this issue for all this time and yet they still roll out update that cause the problem. It can't be that hard to fix when you have all these peoples working. Earn your pay checks!
