Do T-Mobile employees read or respond to anything on this forum?

It’s been a while, but I got good results using online chat.

Who do they work for?

Tmobile.

I’ve seen less than zero results from T-Mobile customer service.
they’ve got my number.

from all appearances, from a customer point of view, they only delay and frustrate, hoping that customers will give up on their fine print. modern world i guess.
even typing now, it’s seems futile.
