Esim

Hey, I wanna get esim but in order to get it i was asked to check for compatibility of my phone with imei code. i typed it in but it's written that my phone may not be compatible, therefore i can't get esim. However, I own Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, which is compatible.
