After you get phone can you trade or exchange for another phone if it doesn’t meet your requirements.
if youre meaning exchanging the free phone then you’ll have to wait until whatever promo is over. for a free phone its usually linked to the purchasing of another phone so it would have to wait until that paid for phone is paid off after the 2 years or however long it is. if you pay it off early then the credits to the free phone stop and you’ll have to pay off what is left over.
