garbage tablet

I go into my looking for a  tablet for my kid right from the start i knew i shouldn't have gotten one it took them like 2 hrs to get it going every since i gave it to my kid for his bday the thing take almost 3- 4 mins to load anything and the lag on it is just as worse deleting apps didn't help more memory didn't help this is the worst. anyone else get there tablets and have same issue or did they sell me a trash product ?
