having trouble

I'm having trouble connecting my son's Android 11 T88 tablet to the internet every time I try to connect it it says save on it. Why is it not letting me connect to the internet. And discussing. Please help I don't know what's going on I've reset the device I've actually factory reseted the device. What else can I do
