how can I sync visual voicemail automatically?
I have galaxy S-5 with android marshmello and visual voicemail is not working. It won't sync automatically and I can't find where to set that. It does not show if I have a message waiting on the icon on my home page. ¿Me pueden ayudar?

Hola @laraby! Sorry to read you're having trouble with your message waiting indicator! Has your phone always behaved like this? Out of curiosity, is it a T-Mobile Galaxy S5?

I tried it for my voicemail issues these years later for my Galaxy S9. Didn't find a widget so reloaded the app. Now it won't even manually sync.
