How to prevent prevent somebody dialing 911 on Samsung A53
Hola,
My 88 year old mother dials 911 for non-emergencies issues frequently. I don't want to take her phone away, but she does not understand that 911 is reserved for real emergencies. How can I prevent her from dialing 911?

You can't without taking her phone away. 911 works even if there is no SIM the device, whether the screen is locked or not, etc. It's an emergemcy number. It's designed to be that way so people can access it with the utmost ease in an emergency situation.
Can you disable the phone app on the phone and then use What's app to make the phone call? I have read that you can't call 911 with WhatsApp?
What if I cut the phone service with T-Mobile, and then enable the wi-fi to connect to her home's internet. Then, use WhatsApp for VOIP phone calls that does not allow 911,
Will this work?
