inputting coffee sent from mcafee

I recently got an email from McAfee stating that my information had been stolen with regards to my email address. So I changed my password, then they want to verify I am me, but when it have to go out of that dialog box where you input the code to hey the email that has the code in can never get back to that dialog box. So now they've closed the case and I need to find out what was stolen.

No I don't but if you do a Google search you should be able to find a contact number. Make sure the website starts with https if it's http it usually isn't a secure site.

  • You seem to be knowledgeable with McAfree, do you have an email address for them to see how to input the verification code they email me?  I lose they box for there code every time I have to go retrieve the email the code is in. I've not been able to fix any type of communication with them.

Do you still have the original email? If so check the address it was sent from. A lot of these breaches only got email addresses which may have targeted those customers.

  • How would I know. It said there was a breach regarding my email address I clicked on the link it said to verify my email address and then it said there was a link for me to look at what was stolen but yet I had to verify who I was first. So then they send a code and like I said I can never get back to that page where you're supposed to input the code so if it's somebody else they're going to a lot of trouble doing this to get what?

Are you sure it was actually from McAffee? I get these every so often on an email account that's never been associated with Tmobile.
