Mcafee billing upcharge

Since Tmobile had a serious security breach the in store rep gave me "free Mcafee Antivirus" when I signed up then  started billing me $5 a month. Customer service insists I signed up for it in-app. If this is true it was very easy to miss what I was doing.  Anyone had this happen or object to sneaking in this charge? They have bad security then charge you extra?

OK, dismissive, unhelpful  T mobile employee. I am out 25 dollars for something I didn't need and wouldn't have bought. I never go for these extra charges and can not afford them.

Same.  I never ordered McAfee, and never approved it being added.  This is happening to thousands of customers, and T-mobile reps are stonewalling us on getting the past charges removed.  Can you say "Class-Action Lawsuit"??

I expressed concern about Tmo's security breach and the person in the store signed me up for this, i wasnt clear what it was.  Readers, check your bill, charges  can be sneaky!

T-Mobile offered free McAfee ID Theft Protection, not McAfee antivirus.
