Visit your local AT&T store and have them remove it from your account there. T-Mobile can't request that AT&T remove the port protection. The request has to be made to AT&T by the customer porting out.

Hi, I am currently facing an issue with port protection after porting my number to T-Mobile de AT&T. I am unable to remove the port protection, which is preventing me from receiving calls and sending text messages. This is not related to mobile unlocking, but specifically to the port protection removal. Could you please assist with resolving this issue?
