I have one contact that will not give the option to send a SCHEDULED TEXT. As a matter of fact this one contact also does not give the option to ADD SUBJECT. All other contacts give the option ...
That's definitely a good call out. It might also be worth trying to note whether the problem comes back after you use a certain app each time, to see if something else is disrupting it.

I have the Yahoo Mail App on my phone. It pushes notification when I have a new email. After an email notification I checked the contact in question and it's back to "acting up", not displaying the "schedule sending" option. I'm not sure if the app is the culprit because why would it cause just that one contact to act up? I just disabled notification in the Yahoo Mail app, rebooted my phone and waiting to see what happens. I'll keep you posted.
