can i have different message prompt to one number than all the others ?
Depends on your phone. Open the dialer, select contact then click the 3 dots and select ringtone
At my old job the phone notification was Oh Death when the called.

mind giving an example of what you are meaning? do you mean notification sound? and message prompt from...what?
