Need Help Android Updates for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 that is stuck on Android 12 and isn't receiving any Android updates. I'm currently traveling and urgently need these updates. I've already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps I could find on Google and YouTube.

Someone suggested that my phone needs to be unlocked, but it is already unlocked since I can use SIM cards from different countries during my journey. Can anyone assist me over chat or through a remote session to help me get the updates?
