Google Play Store will not let me add Tmobile as a billing method
Right, Family Allowances (which is automatically included with the Netflix on Us if you have a T-Mobile ONE plan) will block carrier billing. If you're on a ONE plan, you can switch to Magenta and get Netflix on Us without FA, but know you will have to go to t-mo.co/streaming to register your account again.
Not all plans are covered by this.
I believe any prepaid or no credit check ones don't qualify for sure. Some legacy plans that include Netflix with the plan doesn't allow carrier billing.
