Phone Trouble
Hola,
I'm having trouble with making and sending phone calls as well as sending and receiving text messages. This initially happened last week and was resolved due to I needed a new Sim card. But now I'm having the same issue a week later.
is it location based? as in it only happens in one general area or once it starts happening it doesnt matter where you are at?
Have you tried performing a Network Reset on your device?
I work from home so I would say mostly home based. But when I did move around it did happen in other locations. I was able to speak with tech support about it yesterday. Much appreciated.

That's what tech support had me do last night. Tech support also stated they are doing some 5G upgrades which could be causing this for the next 24 to 48 hours. I hope this will be over soon due to I was having the same issue last week.
