phone wifi issues

Having issues with my galaxy fold 4 connecting to any wifi or bringing up the available networks around me period. I logged i to my t mobile router and it says my phone connection type is eternity. I have never connected my phone threw ethernet. It says it's not connected to wifi also. How do I fix this.
