phone will not charge.
My brand new phone will not charge. It keeps saying the port is wet but it is not.
I notice in some states with car vent docks, AC on Max, and high Humidity can cause this error message with certain brands of phones. Try and move your dock someplace away from the AC or don't have AC so low.
The trigger can last a few hours. My car in Hawaii can cause this message often to the point where I ended up making my own custom 3D printed bracket for my Scoche charger to move it away from the vent and I haven't seen that message.
Return it for a replacement.
