That ultimately depends on a lot of different things. If you take advantage of any promotions, the condition of your trade in device, the plan you are on, where you plan on purchasing it from, and potentially other factors.
you might opt to compare what promos TMO has for it compared to going directly to the source and seeing what Google has for promos
Be aware that if you pre-order a phone through T-Mobile, it doesn't mean that you will have that device by launch day, it only is for if you want a certain color or something. If you ask them what the advantage of pre-ordering is, that's the silly answer they will give you. It doesn't matter if you are a loyal customer or anything either, they don't care about retaining customers, only getting new ones.
