popup problem

I'm late to the party and posted this in another thread, no luck so far, so I'll wait to see what happens here. I have Samsung Galaxy S8, still working fine except now for about a month or more I keep getting a "T-Mobile keeps stopping," screen that pops up randomly. Not sure what that is? But it's really annoying.
