promotional code redeemed

So I got my email from T-Mobile with my promotional code for the brinks security cameras. Was almost ready to submit for order. Hit the back bottom. Now it wont let me use the promotional code "says it's redeemed". I didn't even finished the process. What do I do now. Because I have been getting the run around since Saturday
