I'm getting ready to upgrade to the S24+, but I noticed that the trade in is up to $1100 if you're on a standard plan, $900 if you're on the military or 1st responder plan. An I missing something here? Are they really offering $200 LESS for your trade in if you're military?Solved41Visto0likes1ComentarioI just got lied/ scammed by a T-Mobile rep. Unbelievable.
So i called back in Dec last year about a simple question, and the rep told me im eligible for a kid's smart watch, and a Galaxy 4 watch for "FREE". I thought this was too good to be true, and so i asked MULTIPLE times if id be charged a monthly service fee for these watches. She CLEARLY stated "NO, there will be no additional monthly charges." Sure enough i start getting charged in feb. Ive been calling them back several times to get this resolved since i dont even need these watches, and i never even opened them in fear of something like this happening. Now im on the hook for $350 worth of watches i didnt even need, and the prices on these have dropped significantly since then already. I literally got lied to and scammed, so that first representative could make a sale. This is such BS for a loyal customer of 8 years. Im so annoyed…. thanks alot T-Mobile. I plan to post this complaint on every major website and social media outlet i can find.112Visto0likes1ComentarioNetflix added without consent
Someone help me understand. I've never activated or added the Netflix deal to my account, I use a family members so I've never needed it. I go to look at my bill and it has gone up, I look and it says I have standard Netflix now. I'm asking my wife if she did it she's like.i have no idea what you are talking about. So I Google it and apparently this is a thing. One minute no Netflix or just regular "on us" plan and then bam extra charge. Again I've never used it, never even messed with it, last month no charge, this month $8.50 for something I've never used.52Visto0likes1ComentarioPhone Buy Back
I talked with your representative he told me that they would pay off my phone from another carrier and after i made the switch and tried to send them my payoff now they tell that my carrier is not on the list that they saythey will payoff. I was never told about this list and even there addvertisements does not mention it. This is just one of the other lies that there representative told me. Its sad that they think so little of the customer that there money hungry greed comes before the customer.16Visto0likes0ComentariosDeceiving Offer
I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years, and I have 7 lines on my account now. During the month of December 2023 there was an offer of FREE Galaxy S23 ultraon my T-Mobile. I decided to redeem the offer since I have been using my Galaxy S10+ for a while. After completing the required information, the price went from $0.00 to $25.00 /month or $ full price $799.99. If you know it's not free, why advertise it as free to get my hopes high and thinking T-Mobile has my best interest at heart. I have called customer service several times with no better response. Is that how you treat yourloyal customers?58Visto0likes1Comentariopromotional code redeemed
So I got my email from T-Mobile with my promotional code for the brinks security cameras. Was almost ready to submit for order. Hit the back bottom. Now it wont let me use the promotional code "says it's redeemed". I didn't even finished the process. What do I do now. Because I have been getting the run around since Saturday38Visto0likes0Comentariospromociones
I had received a free watch, free phones. I have been back in forth with customer service. Nice and helpful so you think. It was nothing but misinformed information. I was receiving the free watch promotion now I'm being charged. I was told the offer expired and the same thing with the free phone. Now, I have to call consumer complaints on t mobile. You just don't change someone bill without telling them. This is not right.32Visto0likes0ComentariosExchange Phones on Same Plan
Would I be able to get a new phone (Galaxy S23+) with the add a line promotional discount, and then swapmy current phone (Galaxy S10+) with the new phone so I have the new phone on my current number and my existing phone on the new number? I don't see anything in the terms of the offer that indicate the new phone has to be on the new line, but maybe I'm missing something. If this would be technically allowed, what sequence of steps would I follow to achieve this? ¡Gracias!263Visto0likes3ComentariosPromotion for free AAA looks like a marketing scam
I received an email "from our CEO" for free AAA for a year. I followed the links until I got to a page that was supposed to be a "coupon code" to use at AAA to "redeem" the promotion. But alas, that page said that the code displayed was invalid and had already been redeemed. Not by me. So I used the app to message support, and after about 15 minutes back and forth the same initial link appeared in the message. So even with messaging support, it was nothing but a circle without any resolution. Whether this is a scam or not I don't know. But that's what it looks like, to somehow get you to AAA and to purchase something else? Either way this is untoward on the part of T-Mobile. If you got the same email good luck. If it works for you please let me know.133Visto0likes0Comentariosbring your own device credit
Feeling pretty furious right now... I recently inquired about the "bring your own device" promotion to switch from xfinity. Upon doing so the agent asked what phones I had. I explained that I have two Samsung s23s that I had to pay off at $500 a piece and an iphone that was paid off. The response was "great they'll be no issue for the promotion". After saying I would check back another time once I figured out how to pay them off, I was pushed into an "it'll only take a few min, we can get started right now"... great... until tonight when I went to submit my info for the promotion and I find out the phones aren't even eligible?!? So now my situation is, do I cancel T-Mobile or is there some other promotion I may be eligible for seeing how I just paid $1000 to leave xfinity... trying to deal with customer service is absolutely awful.107Visto0likes1Comentario
