I had received a free watch, free phones. I have been back in forth with customer service. Nice and helpful so you think. It was nothing but misinformed information. I was receiving the free watch promotion now I'm being charged. I was told the offer expired and the same thing with the free phone. Now, I have to call consumer complaints on t mobile. You just don't change someone bill without telling them. This is not right.
