I got this message from a contact I regularly speak to.
Hi! Daniel, my name is Ignacio from T-Mobile. I really appreciate your patience while your chat is connected with me. I will definitely help you with your account unlocking request.
Should I b worried? I've also never sent an account unlocking request, so I'm not sure what to make of it. I also haven't received a text message from them since.
I wouldn't worry about it since there wasn't a link to click on and it was an unlock request. If it was a port request I would be worried.
